Dawn and Brent came exactly when promised and were totally professional in there approach to our carpet stain. They sealed and replaced the underlying padding before patching my entrance way carpet. They spent the extra time needed to clean up all the areas required to preform this work.

The Carpet Medic arrived exactly at the time they had told me, spoke to me about the repair, went straight to work and finished the job three hours later. This job involved moving heavy pieces of furniture, three beds, dressers and a desk. They vacuumed the carpet and replaced all the furniture exactly where each piece belonged. They covered or removed their shoes while working to prevent any transfer of dirt from shoe to carpet. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to have in my home. This is the company I will go to for any future carpet needs as they also clean carpets and furniture.

Blown away! We were sure we would need to replace some very tired carpet that was fraying by a threshold between our playroom and living room.
